The new Loree '140' Oboe was introduced to coincide with Loree's 140th Anniversary in 2022. The oboe was displayed in St James Piccadilly, in November 2022 at the Concert to celebrate Loree's milestone. Everyone who tried the instrument was exceedingly complimentary.
The Loree '140' initially looks the same as the standard professional Loree, which has be renowned for many years ,however on playing, the differences will become apparent. The '140' possesses great flexibilty and a full rich sound, especially in the second octave, very reminiscent of the Etoile and very accurate intonation throughout the whole compass.
The Oboe is supplied in the Standard Loree case however can be put in the Loree Professional case for an extra £295.00
